A Private Housing Estate
You can also consider living on a private estate in a house, also known as a Moo Bahn in Thailand. You can enjoy many of the same amenities you get in an apartment, but there is more space. You will often have much more space than in a condo, and you can also enjoy a garden, but the cost of renting or buying will usually be much more. You can also choose to live in a house that is not on a Moo Bahn, and these will often be much cheaper as there are no monthly fees to pay. You can find some beautiful houses throughout the city and find some excellent options close to the city centre. However, you will usually not have the same amenities with no security or other facilities such as a swimming pool or gym. However, you are close to the city centre, so you have everything that this can offer on your doorstep.
